If the two ladies had dressed up as Herbie Hammer and Bubbles, then no-one would have been the wiser. Turning up as Zelda from Terrahawks would obviously raise suspicion.
Zelda from Terrahawks if no-one remembers this Gerry Anderson TV series. https://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com/2015/04/ad_167359559-e1430224527314.jpg?w=620&h=486&crop=1

Overbuyer, you're totally correct, but any footage won't incriminate anyone unless they do something they shouldn't (standing up isn't their concern) so I'm just saying that it's not really worth pursuing on this one.

I'm guessing there are all sorts of qualifications etc around things like "crowd control" and "spectator management". And if you're a millionaire spastic who owns a soccer club supported by plebs you despise, then I suppose a big long CV of being a strong independent female bodyguard and all that will probably look really desirable.

Gank, depends if you consider the taking and storing of images and video footage by a third party in connection with ongoing actions by WHL to be harmless or not.
As I said, its up to individuals to decide if it bothers them or not.

I think they chose these two female impersonators to gauge football fans sentiment to the transgender community.
And people who bear an uncanny resemblance to a certain snake mountain dwelling character from a popular 80s cartoon series.

Overbuyer, WHL would simply point you in the direction of GPG.
Not sure why you would want to go to this trouble though. It's harmless.

Scaleyback, this idea follows the failure of the previous attempt, which is what we've dubbed 'Snatch Squads' although the club never called them that. That was a bad idea and used a shoddy firm who specialised in club doormen and had actually wound up! They paid them anyway, probably some kind of tax dodge, but how you employ a firm who no longer exist I don't know.
But this is nothing to do with that.

Yet there were dickheads on here telling me I was wrong when I said Brady was all over stewarding, if not always immediately paying for it out of club coffers.
Wrong again lapdogs, not leaping to her defence now are you?

The crux is that the data is being gathered by a private, third party organisation on behalf of WHL, so a request can be made to WHL as to what, why and where the data is being stored.
The guidance is easily obtained on the internet, so it is up to individuals - especially those who think they have been directly or indirectly photographed or videoed as a consequence of this - to decide if they are bothered by it, and can be arsed to do something about it.

Re: Two undercover policewomen filming West Ham fans

Miike, exactly my opinion on the matter.
The club specifically request only female operatives so that they don't get clumped, whereas they should be requesting consultants with a good knowledge of football and crowd behaviour. These two are actually specialists in personal protection (ie bodyguards) which means they're experts in looking after the safety of ONE person. Not 60,000 people.
Brady pulls a veto on all suggestions so she can put her name to any credit and blame an external company for any negatives.

Gank.
So tell me, how much did the 'Snatch Squad' cost?
That was definitely to deal with people moved from block 114 into 127 standing during the game.
She's cleansing the crowd at all costs

cheers gank, but how can you have these characters who probably have zero knowledge of football fans or following team interpreting fan behaviour. its fucking ridiculous and their findings will all be taken out of context to demonise certain individuals/groups

Scaleyback, it's nothing to do with standing, you don't pay £1000 for highly trained security consultants to tell you if a man is standing up or sitting down, any cunt can do that.

There's a huge difference between whats happening here and what happened at The Boleyn and at away games.
This is to identify persistent 'standers' so they can be banned, along with those already banned for aggressive pointing, unsociable behaviour, taking a protest flag to a game, etc.
It's not to identify people who are involved in any violence, as there wasn't any violence.
Cleansing by video so to speak

Re: Two undercover policewomen filming West Ham fans

They work for a company called Global Protection Group, these two individuals are Jacquie Davis and Helen Cliffe. West Ham pay GPG £1000 per match and the two operatives are paid £300 each.
They essentially compile a dossier of information and write a report on the potential risk of violence from the crowd with supporting evidence (like video footage of angry fans) at various places inside the stadium.
The stewarding will be sorted out in future based upon the Intel gathered in these reports - how many stewards, whereabouts, what level of control and restraint training for each location, that sort of thing.

If there are any police in the stadium tell them that a woman is filming children and you want the paedo to be arrested. Make a citizens arrest. Am sure someone on here can tell you how to borrow a child as a witness.
